Suspects in Casper murder make first court appearance

CASPER, Wyo. —  Two individuals, who were identified as suspects in a Casper homicide investigation, have been returned to Natrona County following their arrest in Colorado, and have made their initial appearance in court.

Jail records provided by the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office show that 31-year-old Anthony Rodriguez and 31-year-old Allison Solis were booked into the Natrona County Detention Center at approximately 3:30 am, Tuesday, December 10, 2019.

The pair made their initial appearance in Natrona County Circuit Court on Tuesday afternoon.

Rodriguez was charged with Second Degree Murder, and was given a cash-only bond amount of $500,000

Solis faces a charge of Accessory After the Fact to Second Degree Murder, and is being held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.

On Monday, November 18th, 2019 shortly before 4:00 pm, Casper Police officers say they responded to a welfare check at the 1200 block of South Conwell in Casper. Upon entering the private residence, report finding a deceased adult female inside.

Casper PD officials say the suspects were arrested in El Paso County, Colorado on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019.

The deceased was identified as Casper resident Mary Margaret Fogle, age 54.

All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.
