CASPER, Wyo. — Two people are facing felony level charges after Albany County Wyoming Sheriff’s Deputies say the pair were found with approximately 250 pounds of marijuana.
The suspects, identified as Mike Vang and Mai Thao, are reportedly from Minnesota, and each faces felony Possession of Marijuana and Possession With Intent to Distribute.
Albany County Sheriff’s Office officials say that at approximately 11:25 am, December 16, 2019; deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling eastbound on I-80, in Albany County.
During the investigation, deputies discovered the vehicle contained approximately 250 pounds of marijuana.
