The court documents say that Munoz is believed to have entered the electronic department of Walmart and broken two security brackets, and proceeded to steal a cell phone and an Apple iWatch.

Police say that Munoz broke a second iWatch in the process.

According to investigators, Munoz is believed to have then gone to another security case, attempting to pry it open and remove another seven cell phones.

Law enforcement says that Munoz concealed all of the stolen items on his person and then left the store.
