Laramie Man recommended for felony Possession with Intent to Deliver charge

The Laramie Police Department says they’ve arrested a man and recommended him for a felony drug charge.

According to a Laramie PD statement, on February 27, 2020 at approximately 8:30 am, Laramie Police Officers responded to the 1000 Block of S 9th Street, in Laramie, to serve a search warrant.

As a result of the search and investigation, Cesar H. Quintero, a 21-year-old Laramie resident, was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances and numerous misdemeanor drug charges.

Bond has not yet been set on the felony charge, and Mr. Quintero remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.

Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five years, a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars, or both;

Persons accused of criminal activity are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to official filings from the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
