CASPER, Wyo. — Casper PD is asking for the public’s help in finding a robbery suspect that robbed an elderly woman Monday night.

At 7:15 pm on Monday, March 2nd, 2020, Casper Police Officers responded to a residence on the 800 block of East 3rd Street in Casper for a report of a robbery.

Upon arrival, officers patrolled the area in search of a suspect but did not locate any persons on foot in the area.

The victim, an elderly woman living alone, told officers that an adult male broke into her home, pushed her to the ground and stole several items. The victim had minor, non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the alleged robbery.

The suspect is believed to be a 6-foot tall adult white male in his mid-20s with a medium build.

At the time of the alleged robbery, the suspect was wearing all black with a blue backpack. The suspect is also described as having a very distinguishable short haircut.

At this time, we do not believe that this is a random incident.
