CHEYENNE, Wyo. – A preliminary hearing for a Cheyenne woman who is accused of murder has been moved from June 5th to June 19th.
Danelle Moyte was arrested by the Laramie County Sheriff’s Department on May 16th, 2020, after investigators allege that she fatally shot Chris Garcia during a domestic disturbance.
During her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Monday, May 18th, Moyte was read the charge of first-degree murder without any possibility for bond.
The reason given for the change of dates for the preliminary hearing was due to the suspect changing attorneys.
