CASPER, Wyo. — The Laramie Police Department has announced the arrest of a suspect who has been recommended for a felony charge.
Laramie Police Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of South 3rd Street, in Laramie, for a report of a welfare check, at approximately 6:00 pm on September 7, 2020.
“As a result of their investigation, and with assistance from Wyoming Highway Patrol and Albany County Sheriff’s Deputies, Gregory Mosley, a 32 year old Colorado resident, was arrested and charged with Strangulation of a Household Member,” the Laramie PD says.

Mosley remains in custody at the Albany County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond.
Strangulation of a Household Member is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five years.
All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
