The Cheyenne Police Department is seeking information after shots were fired following an argument between a pedestrian and a vehicle.
Cheyenne PD turned to social media early Tuesday Morning, Jan. 6, 2021, at approximately 12:50 am, asking for the public’s help identifying individuals from a surveillance video image.
“In the area of the 600 block of Russell Ave. Officers responded to a shots fired call,” Cheyenne PD says. “In a security camera, the pedestrian can be seen getting into an argument with the driver of a Chevy suburban. The driver then pulls a pistol and fires a shot.”
Cheyenne Police are asking anyone, with any information to contact them at (307) 637-6500. Tipsters are asked to reference case 21-745.
The Cheyenne PD investigation is ongoing. No further details were immediately available.
