CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The third suspect in a manslaughter case has officially been charged in Laramie County Circuit Court and has received a bond of $50,000 cash or surety.

Sarah Heath, 26, was seen by Judge Lee this afternoon, where she was charged with accessory after the fact to a felony, furnishing alcohol to a minor (three counts), and possession of a controlled substance.

Her preliminary hearing has been set for Jan. 26 at 3:30 p.m. Her codefendants — Tirso Munguia, 19, and Cody Nicholson, 18 — were set to be seen this morning, Jan. 19, but had their preliminaries continued to Feb. 1 at 3 p.m.

Through the investigation, officers learned that four people were traveling in a vehicle together. Heath was identified as the driver, while two other suspects, Munguia and Nicholson, were seated in the back and the victim was seated in the front passenger seat.

According to statements, Munguia and Nicholson were handling a firearm while the group was traveling on Dell Range Boulevard. Munguia reportedly fired the gun, striking the victim. Heath pulled the vehicle over and Nicholson fled on foot with the firearm. Heath then proceeded to the Frontier Mall parking lot and placed a call to 911.

This case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
