CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A trial date has been set for three suspects in a manslaughter case stemming from a shooting in January 2023.
Sarah Heath, 26, Tirso Munguia, 19, and Cody Nicholson, 18, have had their trial set for May 15, 2023. Each face charges related to a manslaughter investigation on Dell Range Boulevard on Jan. 9.
At this point, the case has been transferred to a judge in Goshen County.
On Monday, Jan. 9, at about 6 p.m., Cheyenne Police Department officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting in the area of Frontier Mall at 1400 Dell Range Blvd. Responding officers secured the area and found a 16-year-old female victim with an apparent gunshot wound.
