CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A 28-year-old Cheyenne man is facing multiple charges after a Monday evening crash on Happy Jack Road.

Cheyenne police say they were called to a crash with injuries around 20 WYO 210, where they found a vehicle had run off the road and crashed into a fence. When police arrived, no one was at the scene. Officers said they found the driver in a nearby home, and the vehicle was registered to him.

The man returned to the officer’s vehicle, where he completed field sobriety tests. After seeing some signs of impairment, the officer asked him to undergo a chemical test and the man refused, police said. He was taken to the hospital, where police were granted a search warrant and a blood test was taken.
