CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A 34-year-old Cheyenne man is facing felony charges as deputies suspect he stole cash from a motel’s cash drawer.
David Lee Broderick Jr. is charged with theft greater than $1,000 and burglary in his March 15 arrest.
A Laramie County Sheriff’s Office booking sheet states a deputy responded March 11 to a theft call at the Round Up Motel on the 400 block of South Greeley Highway. The investigation led deputies to believe Broderick entered the motel and stole $1,200 from the cash drawer.
On March 15, Broderick was called to the sheriff’s office. He was taken into custody after an interview, the document states.
