CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Early Tuesday morning, a routine traffic stop escalated into a felony drug arrest on East 1st Street and Russell Avenue. Cheyenne Police apprehended 37-year-old Shaundrea Carlson after a police K-9 detected narcotics in her vehicle.
