CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Cheyenne transient is facing felony charges after police found him in possession of methamphetamine during a trespass incident on Tuesday morning.
Officer Larson responded to a call on Morrie Avenue around 11:03 a.m. concerning transients blocking a public restroom. Seth Andrew Williams, 29, refused to exit the restroom when confronted by police, leading to his arrest.
During a search, Larson discovered a digital scale, unused jewelry bags and cash on Williams. Further investigation at the jail revealed 6.21 grams of suspected methamphetamine hidden in Williams’s clothing, as well as a glass pipe with residue, according to booking sheets.
Williams is charged with intent to deliver methamphetamine, bringing a controlled substance into a correctional facility and interference with a peace officer.
