CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Early on May 10, Cheyenne police arrested Bruce Lee Stull on multiple charges, including felony possession of methamphetamine. Officer Martin of the Cheyenne Police Department initiated the stop at 4:01 a.m. at the intersection of West 2nd Street and Partoyan Drive.
Martin stopped Stull’s white Dodge pickup due to expired registration tags from December 2023. Upon approaching the vehicle, Martin discovered that Stull’s driver’s license was suspended. Furthermore, a bag containing suspected methamphetamine was visible inside the vehicle, according to booking sheets.
A subsequent search revealed two bags with approximately 16.86 grams of suspected methamphetamine. Stull, a 44-year-old resident of Cheyenne, was promptly arrested and transported to the Laramie County Detention Facility.
Stull faces felony charges for possession of methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor charges for driving with a suspended license and expired registration.
