CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Cheyenne Police Department detectives are seeking information regarding a vehicle burglary that occurred near the 400 block of West 23rd Street.
Surveillance video shows that an unknown subject broke into a parked Ford Explorer and left the scene with a bag full of items.
