CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Laramie County District Court held multiple hearings on Nov. 12 under Judge Robin S. Cooley. The proceedings covered a range of arraignments, probation revocations, bond hearings and sentencings. Here’s a summary of key cases.
Arraignments
- Austin Daniel (Case 2024-CR-37-138): Pleaded not guilty to theft of over $1,000. Trial is set for March 2025.
- Kodey Lamont (Case 2024-CR-37-144): Pleaded not guilty to three charges, potentially bound for federal court, according to the District Attorney’s Office. Trial is scheduled for March 2025.
- Macario Milagro Alvarado (Case 2024-CR-37-153): Pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault, aggravated burglary with attempted injury and domestic battery. Trial set for March 2025.
