CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Judge Sean Chambers presided over multiple hearings in Laramie County Circuit Court on Nov. 25, addressing arraignments, probation violations and sentencings.
- Ramon Martin Garcia submitted a change of plea to guilty for DUI and failing to stay at the scene. He was sentenced to 30 days’ jail suspended for six months of unsupervised probation and 45 days’ jail suspended in favor of one year probation. He was also ordered to pay $270 in court fees.
- Shane Andrews pleaded guilty to DUI. He was sentenced to 90 days’ jail suspended in favor of one year of probation. He was also ordered to pay $270 in court fees.
- Jessica Shroves pleaded not guilty to a third-offense DUI.
- Alexis Remus pleaded guilty to DUI. She was sentenced to 60 days’ jail suspended for six months of unsupervised probation. She was also ordered to pay $270 in court fees.
- Hawk Acosta pleaded not guilty to interfering with a peace officer and consuming alcohol as a minor.
- Juan Ramirez pleaded not guilty to unlawful dissemination of images. Ramirez is being retained on a $1,000 cash bond.
- Eric Graham pleaded not guilty to a second-offense DUI and driving under a suspended license.
