At 12:06 p.m., Officer Townsend of the Cheyenne Police Department responded to the 900 block of Campbell Avenue after reports of a woman who refused to leave the premises and was disturbing other patrons by dancing and yelling inside the business. She was found in the smoking area and appeared to be under the influence of inhalants. She was arrested for trespassing and public intoxication.
Domestic Battery, West Jefferson Road, Jan. 7, LCSO
A Laramie County man was arrested on a warrant for first-offense domestic battery after appearing in Circuit Court.
At 8:45 a.m., Deputy Colvert of the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office arrested the suspect on a warrant issued for a domestic violence incident. The warrant had been signed by a judge earlier that day. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Laramie County Detention Center.
Probation Violation, Road 144, Jan. 7, LCSO
A Cheyenne man was arrested for violating probation terms related to a prior controlled substance conviction.
At 11:10 a.m., Deputy Harrison of the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Road 144 in Burns to execute a warrant for misdemeanor probation violations. The suspect was located, arrested and booked into the Laramie County Detention Center.

A Cheyenne woman was arrested for driving under the influence and possessing marijuana after being stopped for traffic violations.
At 10:45 p.m., Trooper Caleb Pushcar of the Wyoming Highway Patrol initiated a traffic stop on Highway 85 for a vehicle operating without taillights. The driver smelled of marijuana, according to booking sheets. Marijuana residue and suspected plant material were located in the vehicle. The woman was arrested for driving under the influence, driving while suspended and possession of marijuana.
