At 8:55 p.m., Deputy Budde located the suspect on foot after witnesses reported he had crashed his vehicle while intoxicated and fled the scene. Open containers of alcohol were found in the crashed vehicle.
The suspect resisted a blood draw at the hospital and was ultimately placed in the WRAP for transport to the detention center, where he was booked on multiple charges.

The WHP arrested a 40-year-old Cheyenne man for driving without an ignition interlock device and possession of controlled substances after a traffic stop near I-25 Business.
At 11:26 p.m., Trooper Pushcar stopped the vehicle for a non-functioning license plate light and discovered the driver was required to operate a vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device, which was not installed. A subsequent search revealed marijuana and methamphetamine inside the vehicle.
The man was arrested and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on multiple charges, including drug possession and driving violations.
