CASPER, Wyo. — The Wyoming Supreme Court ordered the immediate suspension of Buffalo attorney Nick Edward Beduhn on Wednesday.

The order comes in response to a petition in which “Deputy Bar Counsel avers that … Beduhn has abandoned clients and has failed to cooperate with the Office of Bar Counsel’s investigation into two disciplinary complaints,” the court’s order states.

The court’s order directs the Bar Counsel to proceed with a formal disciplinary charge against Beduhn. He will be suspended from the practice of law pending final resolution of the formal charge.
