CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Judge Sean Chambers presided over multiple hearings in Laramie County Circuit Court on Dec. 9, addressing arraignments, plea changes and sentencings.
- Sebastian Garcia pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was fined $500.
- Eric Livers entered a not guilty plea to charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving without a driver’s license. Chambers set a scheduling conference for March.
- Yaser Lopez pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. A scheduling conference was set for March.
- Alexandria McCart appeared for a sentencing on two charges. She was fined $900 for driving under a suspended license and failing to provide proof of insurance.
- Michelle Rowe appeared for a status hearing and was sentenced for a charge she pleaded guilty to. She was fined $70 for driving with an expired vehicle registration.
- Katrina Charging pleaded guilty to and was sentenced for breach of peace. She received six months of unsupervised probation.
- Patricia Ridley appeared for sentencing for driving under a suspended license and with invalid car registration. The court fined her $600.
- Timothy Short entered a change of plea and was sentenced for a third-offense DUI. He was sentenced to 28 days in jail and three years of probation and was instructed to complete the county’s DUI court program.
