CASPER, Wyo. — A trapped driver was freed after a two hour extraction effort by emergency responders after a crash on Interstate 80 on Tuesday morning, according to Uinta County Fire and Ambulance.
The driver was freed after sustaining minor injuries in a pile-up crash that involved five semi trucks on I-80 westbound at mile marker 52.
“Special thanks to the Green River Fire Department who assisted on the extrication,” Uinta County Fire and Ambulance said in its update on Tuesday morning.
