CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Freedom Convoy, a fleet of truckers and their supporters who were inspired by a mass protest by Canadian long-haulers against COVID-19 mandates last month, passed through Cheyenne on Tuesday afternoon on its way across the country.

Convoy supporters lined the roads around Flying J off of Interstate 25, waving flags and signs protesting government overreach through mask and vaccine mandates against the virus that has ravaged the world for much of the past two years.
