PHOTOS: East boys basketball makes third time the charm, beats Central in regional

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — East boys basketball defeated rival Central 58–45 on Friday night at Storey Gym in their meeting for the Wyoming High School Activities Association Class 4A East Regional tournament bracket.

The win was the Thunderbirds’ first against the Indians in three tries this season and sends the T-Birds to the state finals in Casper next week. They’ll play Thunder Basin at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Storey Gym for the regional championship.
