CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The Cheyenne Police Department says they are investigating a suspected vehicle burglary/credit card fraud crime and would like the public’s help.
In a message posted on Facebook, the Cheyenne PD said:
“The [male] is suspected of breaking into a vehicle parked behind Dominos Pizza. Instead of taking a fresh, warm pie, the suspect opted for a wallet containing credit cards and ID’s.”
After taking the wallet, Cheyenne police believe the suspect attempted to purchase items at Walmart with a credit card that was in the wallet.
The CPD says that if anybody has any information about the suspect or the incident in question to please contact the Cheyenne Police Department at (307) 637-6500.
