Cheyenne Historic Preservation board announces upcoming meeting

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The Cheyenne Historic Preservation Board has announced that they will be meeting on Saturday, February 1st from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. to update their strategic action plan.

The meeting will take place at the Old West Museum conference room, located at 4610 Carey Avenue.

The City says that the strategic plan is a working document to help the Cheyenne Historic Preservation Board to keep track of the projects that they are working on and how they relate to the board’s goals and objectives.

According to the City, The Historic Preservation Board protects, enhances and perpetuates historic structures and other areas of historical value and promotes use of historic districts and landmarks for the education, pleasure and welfare of the community.
