CHEYENNE, Wyo, – The Cheyenne City Council has released an agenda for their meeting tonight, Monday, March 9th, 2020, at 6pm, in Council Chambers, located at 2101 O’Neil Ave.
Some of the items on the schedule for discussion tonight by the City’s Governing Body include:
- A memorandum of support for the Cheyenne Police Department’s intent to work toward accreditation from CALEA.
- A ceremonial resolution of recognition of the Honorable Jim Lynch for his Dedication and Outstanding Contributions to the City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and its Residents.
- Human Services Agreement with United Way of Laramie County to provide service
- Agreement between the City of Cheyenne and Carbonhouse, LLC, d/b/a Carbonhouse, Charlotte, NC, for website design, development and website hosting services for the Cheyenne Events websites to various community programs.
- Authorizing the City of Cheyenne to approve and file the Wyoming Division of Victim Services Funding Application State Fiscal Year 2021 and 2022, July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022.
- Creating a Revolving Real Property Special Revenue Fund to account for the acquisition and resale of real property of the City of Cheyenne.

City Council meetings are administered by the Governing Body and are held at 6:00 pm on the second and fourth Monday of each month in Council Chambers. The Mayor, or the President of the City Council in the Mayor’s absence, presides over City Council meetings.
