CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The Cheyenne Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the female in the video below.
Authorities say that she stole a city recycle container from a residence in the area of 1600 Pinion Dr. The offense occurred on May 7, 2020, at around 3pm.

LAw enforcement says you will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00. The caller I.D. system is not installed on the Silent Witness phone lines.
