The Wyoming Department of Transportation says there is a manhunt underway for a suspect along Interstate 80 near Purple Sage, in Sweetwater County.
Public Relations Specialist for WYDOT Stephanie Harsha told Sweetwater Now that the public is advised to avoid hitchhikers.
No other information was given as of 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
