The accuser went on to allege that Roe had pointed a 12-inch knife at them and said “If you say anything I’m going to kill you.”
Court papers say that the alleged victim told authorities that Roe then took a step toward them while holding the knife.
The accuser alleges that Roe threw a black tablet and struck them in the stomach. They told law enforcement that Roe then began striking them with a closed fist afterward.
Obtained arrest information reports that Roe later struck another person in the residence with a closed fist.
During an interview with law enforcement, Roe denied attacking or pointing a knife at the alleged victim, according to the affidavit.
Roe made her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Monday, June 29th, 2020, to hear the recommended felony charge of Aggravated Assault – Threaten with a Deadly Weapon read to her.
Roe was also read misdemeanor counts of Domestic Battery and Simple Battery read to her during the same proceedings.
All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Laramie County District Attorney’s Office.
