CASPER, Wyo. — The Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies said on Wednesday that their annual “Gobble Gobble Give” food and fund drive exceeded expectations this year.
They had a goal of raising enough funds and finding enough food to provide 90,000 meals in time for Thanksgiving.
“With your help, we raised 139,103 meals,” Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies said. “Our goal to raise 90,000 meals in 30 days was blown away. You raised 4,650 meals a day.”

“Thank you to every participant with a jar on their counter, an empty box for food, and those who joined in online, and with a click, you became a Hunger Hero.”
Food and funds were collected from ten cities in Wyoming, 75 businesses and 20 schools.
“For those organizations that help reach this goal in Natrona, Converse, Goshen, Laramie, Albany, Campbell, Sheridan, Fremont, and Park Counties be sure to stay tuned for your meal awards,” Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies added.
