CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The Cheyenne Police Department (CPD) stated they arrested a person suspect of driving under the influence after a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle occurred during th evening hours of Wednesday, March 24th, 2021.
Police officials say that at 5:49 p.m. officers responded to a report of a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision on the 2500 block of Nationway
“One vehicle was involved in the incident, the driver is in police custody on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI),” the CPD stated.
Law enforcement went on to report that the pedestrian involved in the collision was transported to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for treatment.
