CASPER, Wyo. — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department reminded people last week to never approach moose.
Game wardens responded to a call about an aggressive cow moose and her yearling near Mountain View Elementary School in Uinta County on April 19.
“The moose and calf were safely relocated away from town,” Game and Fish said. “The Game and Fish Department thanks deputies from the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office and personnel from Uinta County School District #4 who assisted with the capture and relocation.”
