Rooted in Cheyenne celebrating 1,000-tree milestone this weekend

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Help Rooted in Cheyenne celebrate its 10th neighborhood tree planting Saturday, May 14.

The organization will also be celebrating planting over 1,000 trees during this event.

Those who wish to volunteer are asked to sign up by following the link here.

Those who volunteer can choose to work during the morning or afternoon. All volunteers will get breakfast, lunch, a T-shirt, and a coupon for a free drink at Freedom’s Edge Brewing Co. on planting day.

Green industry professionals will be helping volunteers in planting over 100 trees along Cheyenne’s streets.
