Man sentenced to 57 months’ imprisonment after committing bank fraud


CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A man has been sentenced to 57 months’ imprisonment after being found guilty of fraud and illegal possession of ammunition.

Kade Casper-Nixon was sentenced by Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal today, Oct. 20, in federal court in Cheyenne.

Casper-Nixon was sentenced to 57 months’ concurrent imprisonment for each charge, after which he will have four months of supervised release. During his release, he will be required to participate in vocational training and will not be permitted to enter gambling establishments or engage in any type of gambling activity.

Casper-Nixon was arrested after he was found to have committed bank fraud and have been in possession of ammunition illegally as a felon.
