CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Laramie County Library held its annual bookmark contest, in which third and fourth graders from all around Cheyenne came together and created bookmark designs under a particular theme.

The theme used for this year was “Peace, Kindness, Reading.” After careful consideration of each submission, the judges of the contest selected the winning bookmark design. The bookmark contest and winner’s submissions are now available for viewing on the second floor of the Laramie County Library building.
