CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Happy Jack Road, officially known as WYO 210, is closed between mile markers 3 and 8 in both directions due to potentially hazardous conditions.
Currently, hazmat crews are working on a possible chlorine leak at the water treatment plant. At the time of publication, the leak is believed to be contained and not a threat to the public in the area. The Wyoming Highway Patrol announced in a press release that it will provide updates when a possible timeframe for reopening the street is determined.
Motorists are asked to find alternate routes while personnel tend to the problem.
