GILLETTE, Wyo. — A Wyoming inmate incarcerated in Mississippi for kidnapping died Wednesday, according to the Wyoming Department of Corrections.
Michael Iseli, 66, died on Feb. 21 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto in Southhaven, Mississippi. He had been serving a 40- to 60-year sentence after being convicted of felony kidnapping in Converse County in 2013, the WDOC says.
Iseli had been housed at the Tallahatchie County Correctional Facility in Tutwiler, Mississippi, per WDOC, which says an autopsy will be conducted to determine the official cause of death and protected health information will not be released.
