CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Multi-platinum American rock band Hinder will perform at Depot Plaza on June 14. The event starts at 6 p.m., with doors opening at the same time.
Hinder has maintained a career of longevity that few bands achieve. Their 2005 debut album, “Extreme Behavior,” climbed to #6 on the Billboard 200 chart and became the second top rock album. The album’s first single, “Get Stoned,” reached #4 on the mainstream rock chart, according to Cheyenne Presents, the event organizer.
However, the song “Lips of an Angel” propelled Hinder to massive success. The track peaked in the top 10 on several Billboard singles charts and hit #1 in the Top 40 and Pop 100. “Extreme Behavior” has since been certified 3x Platinum.
In 2008, Hinder released its sophomore album, “Take It To The Limit,” which surpassed its debut by peaking at #4 on the Billboard 200. The single “Use Me” hit #3 on the mainstream rock chart, solidifying Hinder as a breakout rock act. This success led the band to tour packed arenas worldwide alongside Aerosmith, Mötley Crüe, Nickelback and others.
Hinder continued to prove its consistency with hit records. The band’s third album, “All American Nightmare,” topped the Modern Rock/Alternative Album chart, while its fourth album, “Welcome To The Freakshow,” reached #3 on the Hard Rock Album chart.
