CHEYENNE, Wyo. — “This was taken in the Smith’s parking lot at 8:30 p.m., and it is a bizarre-looking cloud formation,” writes photographer Dawson Oberg. “From what I remember, the storm that day actually flooded some parts of Gillette. It seems almost biblical in its proportions, as it overtook the entire sky.”
