Jonathan G. Chavez, 37, of Cheyenne passed away June 28, 2020 in Cheyenne.
He was born May 11, 1983 in Huntington Park, CA. He married Rosemary Manzanares on December 1, 2008 in Greeley. He owned and operated Skyline Design Painting.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Chavez; children Alexis Manzanares and Emillio Ramirez; mother Maria Ramirez all of Cheyenne; siblings, Eddie Jimenez of Cheyenne, Vanessa Roth of Desert Hot Springs, Ca, Crystal Ortega of Yucca Valley, CA and Abel Jaimes of Twentynine Palms, CA.

Services will be Thursday, 10:00 a.m. in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
Charles R. Long passed peacefully on June 26 at the age of 87. He was born April 30, 1933, in Hillsdale, Wyoming to Abner, Sr. and Bernice (Keasling) Long.
He served in the United States Army for 21 years.
On September 22, 1953 he married his love Audrey Patterson. During their marriage they had five children.
He is survived by his children, Richard Long, Karen (Long) Round, Kevin Long and Lori (Long) Parrish; brother, James; eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Charles was preceded by his parents, wife, Audrey; daughter, Lynn (Long) Curtiss; grandson, Brian; sister, Carolyn; brothers, Abner, Fred, Jr., and Robert.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 3, 2020, in Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Interment will follow the service at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens. There will be a family reception at The Gathering place located at 1900 E. 21st Street.
Dale A. Sandberg, 74, of Burns, Wyoming passed away June 27, 2020, at his home.
Dale was born March 5, 1946 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, a son of the late Earnest and Eunice (Snook) Sandberg.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 6th at 10:30 a.m. with the service location to be announced.
Joybell “Joy” Oestringer, 80, of Cheyenne, passed away June 26, 2020 at Aspen Winds Assisted Living. She was born July 16, 1939 to Anthony and Adeline (Gardell) Germao in Albion, New York.
Joy served in the United States Navy for six years. During this time, she met and fell in love with her husband of 58 years Russell Oestringer, who also was serving in the Navy. They had two children Lori and Scott.
She had many hobbies in her lifetime, stained glass, macramé, ceramics, basket weaving. She enjoyed planting flowers to make her yard beautiful. Also was part of the Cheyenne Seed and Weed. And had a great love family as well as, animals.
If Joy’s hobbies did not keep her busy her selfless volunteer work did. She volunteered at The Old West Museum and The Governor’s Mansion for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Russell; daughter, Lori (Matt) Hubbs; Son Scott (Anna) Oestringer; grandchildren Jake Hubbs, Luke Hubbs and Jonathan Oestringer.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Gladys.
Robin L. Thomas died June 26, 2020 in Cheyenne Regional Hospital.
She was born October 4, 1960 in Azle, Texas.
Her family will be hosting a service at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at the Calvary Chapel on Ridge Road.
