Tracy Marie Lemon was born on June 7, 1969, in Cleveland, Ohio, to mother Sandra Higgins and father Gerald Allison.
Tracy also came to know and be loved by Teri Merworth as her “Mother in Love”. She grew up in Kremmling, Colorado, and graduated from West Grand High. She married Roger Lemon. Her greatest joys in life were riding her horses, especially Cash, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Tracy is survived by her mother, Sandra Higgins, father Gerald Allison, her husband Roger, her siblings Kaylene Eldred, Ericka Watson, Teresé Merworth, and Brit Merworth, her children Amanda Medrano, Jessica Edmondson, Brittney Edmondson, and Ben Edmondson, and her grandchildren, Dominic and Kaston Vega, Emeri Medrano, and Rylie Jade, Brayden, Kamden, and Sylas Edmondson.

Vernon D. Holloway, 83, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at his residence in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was born on October 5, 1937, in a small house on 11th street in Rawlins. Vernon attended schools in Rawlins until he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After serving 4 years in the Navy, Vernon returned to the call of the outdoors and his love for Wyoming.
In 1980, he became the proprietor of a bar in Rawlins that he later named the Hole-In-The-Wall. In 1985, he met and later married Carolyn McCoy.
Vernon will be remembered for his love of Wyoming, the outdoors, hunting and camping with his many friends. Vernon also had a passion for building things and upon retirement he single handedly built his and Carolyn’s dream cabin in the Sierra Madre Mountains near Encampment. Family and friends will remember the many beautiful beds and assorted furniture that he made out of dead lodge pole pine and birch trees.
In later years, for medical reasons, Vern and Carolyn moved to Cheyenne. Carolyn, whom Vernon called “Babe” passed away in 2017.
Vernon is survived by his brother, Ron Holloway; and numerous other relatives and friends throughout the United States.
As per Vernon’s wishes, he and Carolyn’s ashes will be spread at their cabin in the mountains.

Jennie Leach, 88, of Cheyenne, passed away on January 21, 2021 at the Life Care Center surrounded by family members.
Jennie was born in Cheyenne on May 6, 1932 to Andrea (Ybarra) and Angel Rodriguez. She attended St. Mary’s Catholic School where she graduated in 1950.
Jennie worked as a secretary at Sanitation Laundry for 16 years before becoming a full time homemaker. Her family was her priority and she dedicated her life to being a caregiver to them. She was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Joseph’s Church. She did not know a stranger and always greeted every person with a smile and a hello.
Jennie is survived by her loving husband Robert Leach; daughters, Anna Salazar (Ernie) and Linda Glass (Doug); grandchildren, Adrian Salazar, Steven Salazar (AuBrie), Martin Salazar (Amber), and Sara Melendez (Alberto); and great grandchildren, Devin, Austin, Kaiden, and Mason.
Jennie was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; three sisters, and her son, Paul Valentine.
Vigil for the Deceased will be Thursday, 6:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
Funeral Liturgy will be Friday, 1:00 p.m., at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

Isadore D. Roybal was called home by his Lord and Savior on Dec 25 , 2020; his favorite holiday, the Birth of Christ.
Isadore was born May 09, 1935. He was 85 years old. He was loved deeply by his family and was the heart of his family.
Isadore is survived by his wife Angelina Roybal of 68 years; children Isadore E Roybal, Caroline Cortez (John), Darlene Maki (Dennis), and Suzie Sharpe (Chuck); 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
He is proceeded in death by his daughter, Vivian Griego; parents, Jose and Mercedes Roybal; and brothers, Valentine and Adam Roybal.
Funeral Liturgy will be Friday, January 29th, 10:30 a.m., at St. Mary’s Cathedral. Interment of his urn will follow at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
