Bennett Lee “Ben” Allen, 72, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away Thursday morning, March 25, 2021 at Aspen Winds Assisted Living.
Ben was born December 30, 1948 in Cheyenne, a son of the late Orla and Furne (Vosler) Allen.
Ben worked as a mechanic for F.E. Warren Air Force Base. He enjoyed volunteering for Cheyenne Frontier Days and was a recipient of the CFD Volunteer of the Year award. He will be remembered for his love of family and for his animals.

Ben is survived by his loving wife, Fern Allen; son, Travis Allen; step-sons, Corey (Melissa) Penny and Brady Penny; brothers, Sam and Jay Allen; sister, Julie Ruppert; and four grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother; and a sister.
Ben’s siblings will be holding a Memorial Service on Saturday, April 10th at 2:30 p.m. at the Calvary Chapel Cheyenne.
An informal gathering will be held in May.
Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home, 2222 Russell Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.
Edwin C. Bulstrode, 92, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away at his home on Thursday, March 25, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.
Edwin was born August 7, 1928 in Portsmouth, England, a son of the late Arthur Samuel Shaw and Maggie Louisa (Hayward) Bulstrode.
Edwin immigrated from England with his family at the age of two and grew up in Long Island, New York. As a young man, he was very adventurous, traveling to the Alaskan territory where he worked for the railroad and in the gold mines. He met and married Darlene Ruth Butcher in Colorado Springs, Colorado and later moved to Cheyenne in the 1960s. He loved Wyoming and enjoyed raising his family in Cheyenne. A master craftsman, he worked as a carpenter for Consolidated Construction for a number of years. He will be remembered for his clever wit, his kindness, and for his love and devotion to family.
Edwin is survived by three children, Deb (Doug) Wissner, Jan (Ken) Snyder and Ed (Monette) Bulstrode; brother, Daniel Bulstrode; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Darlene Bulstrode; his daughter, Cindy Harlow; grandson, Eddie Bulstrode; four sisters; and two brothers.
Private family services will be held. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
Expressions of sympathy in Edwin’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Dorothy Ann (Dottie) Miller, 67, of Cheyenne, died March 25th at Colorado University Hospital after a short battle with cancer.
She was born on September 1, 1953 and raised in Laramie. Shortly after graduating high school she moved to Cheyenne and married Johnny Miller. She worked for Laramie County School District#1 in the Cafeteria.
She is survived by her daughter; Penny Miller and granddaughter; Nikki of Cheyenne, brothers; John (Deb) Sopr of Cheyenne, Robert (Emma) Sopr of Laramie and a sister Mary Hartgrave of North Platte, NE.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Johnny Miller, daughter; Paula Miller, parents; John and Hazel Sopr and a brother; Richard Sopr. Cremation has taken place.
