Roque Jacinto Raya, 73, of Cheyenne, passed at his home surrounded by his loving family on August 17, 2021. He was born on August 14, 1948, Gering, Nebraska to Jacinto and Edna Raya.
Roque was a Sgt in the US Army, Conductor for Santa Fe Burlington Northern. He enjoyed boxing, his grandchildren visiting him, spending the holidays with his family, and loved dancing.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Patsy Raya; children, Paul Lopez (Cory) of Cheyenne, Angela Vallejos of Lakewood, Colorado, Nadine Latham (James) of Cheyenne, Roque Raya II of Cheyenne, Jenal Salas (Orlando) of Joshua, Texas; brothers, Bob of Arizona, Fred of California, Michael and Frank of Cheyenne; sisters, Lupe of Colorado, Stella, Delphine, and Rita of Cheyenne, Kathy of Missouri, 24 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Roque was preceded in death by his parents, Jacinto and Edna Raya; brothers, Eddie and John Raya; and a great-grandchild, Daniel Guy Gomez, Jr.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 28th at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Reception to follow service at St. Joseph’s Parish Hall, 603 House Ave.
Wesley Birney Kincaid, 88, of Cheyenne, died on August 17, 2021 at the Davis Hospice Center.
He was born on June 7, 1933 in Ft. Collins, Colorado to Charles E. and Hallie (Zenor) Kincaid.
Mr. Kincaid served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1955 with the 7th Division, 57th Field Artillery Battalion during the Korean Conflict. He was a maintainer in the Signal Department with the UPRR from 1950-1995.
He married JoAnn Dunlap on July 3, 1955 in Ft. Collins and they had two sons, Charles “Chuck” (Dawn) and Donald “Donnie” Kincaid. JoAnn passed away in 1982.
Wes married Phyllis (Dorris) Miller in December of 1987.
Wes is survived by his son Charles Kincaid (Dawn); grandchildren, Wesley Kincaid (Jessica), Bobby Jo Baldwin, Lindsey Richards (Mike), and Sarah Brown; and ten great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife JoAnn; wife Phyllis; and son Donnie Kincaid.
Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery in Ft. Collins.
Otis Dewaine Green, 81 of Cheyenne, Wyoming and formerly of Wayne County, IL, died August 10, 2021.
Dewaine was born on July 1, 1940, in Olney, Illinois to Oril (Buck) and Jeanette Green.
Although Dewaine had lived away from Illinois for many years he made regular trips back home to visit family and friends.
Dewaine is survived by his former wife, Julia Green of Cheyenne; five sons, Jack, Jerry, Steve, Jeff, Michael; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; his twin sister, Elaine Musgrave-Withrow of Fairfield, IL; and a brother, Larry Green of Lebanon, IL.
Dewaine was preceded in death by his father, Oril (Buck) Green; and his mother, Jeanette Green of Fairfield, IL.
Dewaine was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services will be Monday, 2:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Funeral Chapel with burial at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens to follow.
Mark Flynn, 90, kind, sweet, and honest man, died peacefully at Davis Hospice Center, after a brief illness.
His two loving daughters, granddaughter, and wife were by his side.
Cremation has taken place. No memorial services are planned. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
Bennie M. Ferro, 75, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to many, passed away on August 14, 2021.
Bennie was born October 3, 1945 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, he was the son of the late Stephen and Lucille Ferro. Bennie was a graduate of Cheyenne Central High School, where he met the love of his life, his wife of 48 years , Rita Kalathakis who preceded him in death.
Bennie was a retired carman from the Union Pacific Railroad where he worked in both Cheyenne, WY and Salt lake City Utah.
Bennie’s true passion was playing the guitar. He was self-taught and a true prodigy. He played at many local venues and even professionally on the road. Bennie was humble about his musical talent, it was the true gift he gave to many. Bennie enjoyed his collection of watches, working on cars, loved fishing and camping, road trips with his wife and spending time with his family.
Bennie is survived by his children Lucy Cox (Matthew) of West Point, VA, Stephen Ferro (Vikki) of Virginia Beach, VA, and Gina Ferro of Phoenix, AZ, a sister Angela Sullivan (David) of Mt Pleasant, SC and his sister Leona Lindberg (Fred) who preceded him in death. His grandchildren, Jessica Cox, VA, Kasi Caretto (Matthew), AZ, Alicia Ferro, WY, Stevie Ferro, WY, Katina Cox, VA, John Cox, JR, VA. Great-Grandchildren, Aaron Pacheco, Jr. WY, Pheonix Cox, VA, Jay Caretto, AZ, Ariel Cox, VA and Leo Caretto, AZ.
