Kevin D. Baker: 1958 – 2024
Kevin D. Baker, 66, of Cheyenne, passed away at CRMC-ICU surrounded by his devoted and loving family.
He was born in Cheyenne on October 21, 1958, to Edgar and Katherine Baker. He was raised on the family farm south of Pine Bluffs.
Kevin worked in the oil industry, beginning with Texaco Trading and Transportation and retiring with Holly Frontier.
Throughout his life, he enjoyed Wyoming’s outdoors, hunting, camping, and traveling with family and friends. His kind soul, warm demeanor, and steadfast traditional values will be deeply and fondly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Angela; brother, Donald; and sons: Steve, Robert, and David Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bruce Baker.
Kevin has been cremated, and a celebration of his life is planned for June 2025, when his ashes will be scattered on the family farm, which he dearly treasured.
