Mark Alan Depew: 1962 – 2025
Mark A. Depew passed away on February 3, 2025, from an unexpected, inconvenient (his words) battle with cancer.
He was born on April 16, 1962, in Denver, Colorado to Donald and Myrna (Pursley) Depew.
Mark loved his family, his golden retrievers and everything sports, most particularly the University of Wyoming Cowboys, the Denver Broncos, and the current Buffalo Bills. He coached numerous children’s football, basketball, and baseball teams, and Mark was a published author for the Greyhound Review. Mark worked in finance and raising capital for a wide variety of business and entities.
He was an avid supporter and proud alumnus of the University of Wyoming, where he was an offensive guard for the UW Cowboy football team. He was a past Cowboy Joe Club President, Board Member, and Auction Chair, and a lifetime member of UWAA.
Mark is survived by his wife and college sweetheart, Angie (Garlach) Depew; daughter, Kayla; son, Kyle (Sheila Kraft) Depew; granddaughter, Reese; sister, Laura (Scott) Johnson; brother-in-law, Lee (Jennifer) Garlach; sister-in-law, Margie (Bruce) Campbell; uncle, Dale Fair; aunt, Audre Bratcher; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Myrna Depew; and father-in-law, Lee Garlach.

Juanita Kelley: 1947 – 2025
Juanita Kelley, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, was born on June 24, 1947, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She realized the fulfillment of her faith on the morning of February 5, 2025. Juanita lived a life infused with grace and love, maintaining a deep Catholic faith that guided her through both triumphs and tribulations, nurturing her unwavering spirit until her final day.
Her most cherished role was that of a devoted mother and grandmother, a position she held with abundant joy, finding fulfillment in the laughter and milestones of her children and grandchildren. With utmost pride, she is survived by her loving sons: John (Angela) Kelley and Jeff Kelley; as well as her cherished grandchildren: Joshua, Sheena, Madalynne, Miah, Eli, and Emma. Each of them carries a fragment of her spirit, a testament to the legacy she leaves behind.
In her daily life, she cultivated a rich tapestry of connections, relishing the moments spent reciting the rosary, sharing stories, and engaging in heartwarming conversations with her beloved friend, Sister Ruth. Among her favorite songs was “Remember Me”, which was from the movie “Coco.”
In addition to her immediate family, Juanita was born with constellation of siblings, some whom survive her, and others that preceded her in death, who formed the foundation of her life: Frank (Eva) Arias, Carmen (Al) Tenorio, Rita (Jake) Herrera, Theresa (Rich) Frausto, Angela (Archie) Martinez, Robert Arias, and Annette Johnson. Each sibling shared in the joys and sorrows of life, forging bonds that one could only describe as sacred.
Those waiting to reunite with her on the other side include her beloved husband, John Kelley; who preceded her in death, along with her parents, Frank and Nettie Arias. Together, they stand as a testament to the enduring power of love and commitment that transcends both time and space.
The legacy of Juanita Kelley is rooted in her profound faith, familial devotion, and the joy she found in simple pleasures. Her soul now rests in the serenity of eternity, while her memory continues to shine brightly in the hearts and minds of those fortunate enough to have known and loved her.
Family and friends may gather to celebrate her life at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Visitation will be Thursday, February 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place on February 13, 2025, at 6 p.m. followed by a Mass honoring her life on February 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.; both will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church. As we carry the essence of Juanita forward in our lives, we hold dear the warmth she exuded and the unconditional love she shared.
