Cap City News welcomes letters concerning any topic, so long as they’re polite, thoughtful, and free of name-calling, cheap shots, insults, and libel. We particularly encourage letters concerning community activities, organizations, thank-yous and shoutouts. Letters submitted must include a full name for print, and a valid phone number and email address (which will not be printed) in case we have any questions. Letters will be published in groups as they are received. Please join us in making platform where discussion and community support can thrive.
Cap City News editors reserve the right to reject letters we feel are libelous, insulting, obscene, threatening or defamatory. Promotional materials are discouraged, but discussions on non-profit events and resources are welcome. Letters may be edited for clarity and length.
