That’s when Teton Therapy will host a Health and Wellness Workshop titled “Getting Back to Fitness: Training For Your Next Challenge.” Led by Teton Therapy owner and Physical Therapist Ben Larsen, PT, DPT, this free workshop promises to help you break down the barriers to achieving your next fitness goal.
According to Larsen, “Whether you’re a marathoner or training for your first 5K, the information presented at this workshop will let you prepare in a safe way and help you reach peak performance.”
There will also be a presentation from Nutrition Coach Aimee Lewis, who will discuss “An Introduction to Proper Nutrition.”
The workshop will be held at Teton Therapy’s state-of-the-art facility at 603 E. Carlson St., Suite #304 on Tuesday, March 7 from 6 to 7 p.m.
