CASPER, Wyo. — After Rep. John Bear led the Wyoming Freedom Caucus for the last two years, the caucus recently unanimously elected Rep. Rachel Rodriguez-Williams as its new chair.
Rodriguez-Williams previously served as the secretary and communications director for the caucus,
“I am honored to serve as the next Chairman of the WYFC,” she said. “For the past two years, Rep. Bear stood at the helm of the WYFC and made our caucus a household name. Our members are courageous, principled and bold. Our members will continue to work hard to restore hope for Wyoming in the People’s House and be strong voices for the issues that are most important to the people of Wyoming.”
The caucus also elected Rep. Chris Knapp to serve as vice chair and Rep. Tomi Strock to serve as the secretary.
